Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Crouse Hinds BHRC3584-NW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the CM600HA12H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM200DY12NF manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLV295A0012 by Manufacturer Sick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand CM400DY50H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as C500II101 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BRC100 made by Abb as well as the popular CM300DU12NFH original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BVC4HRD040302P by Asea and C500II101 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
